Serious Eats overlord Ed Levine tries the sliders at Bill's after he and I had lunch and I waxed poetic about them. Turns out he
loves them. I can't blame him, they are superb. He also reveals that I will be soon returning to Serious Eats which was actually the reason we were eating - to discuss some exciting projects that I will be working on. No details yet but I will let you know ASAP. And fear not, there will still be a lot going on here at Beef Aficionado.
