Houston's burger is pretty good for a chain restaurant, but I think the Triple Prime at Ruby Tuesday is much better. It has a nice flavor and is cooked to order with a good bun to burger ratio. Could use some char though... it's a little softer than the best of the breed.

Nick, what do you think of the Ruby Tuesday burger?

Houston's burgers need more seasoning and a higher cooking temperature.

Nothing more disappointing than a big hunk of bland ground beef.
